About this Event
The Voluntary Taxpayer Assistance (VITA) program offers free basic tax help to eligible individuals.
The VITA program has been operating for over 50 years. VITA centers offer free tax help to people who need assistance preparing their tax returns.
The Center will train volunteers and provide the necessary materials for certification, depending on the type of volunteering you choose. Volunteer certification will allow you to prepare taxes ONLY through this program and our organization.

We are planning a total of 7 sessions (3 in Spanish, 3 in English, and one additional practice session plus an optional Q&A session). All sessions are from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Volunteers will dedicate more than 20 hours over 5 Super Saturdays or during office hours, participating in tax return preparation, organizing work sites, assisting with logistics, verifying documents, conducting surveys, and much more.
It is necessary to reserve a space for each training session, whether in English or Spanish (orientation is mandatory).
There are many ways to contribute while learning and developing new skills.
