What to expect
• Simmons Island Beach – Meet at the Simmons Island Beach House for a quick overview of the tour and introductions. A short training session will follow, where you’ll learn how to use the metal detector, handheld wand, and other equipment provided.

• Simmons Island Beach – Begin your treasure hunt along the shores of Lake Michigan. Metal detecting is a rewarding and fun hobby that’s easy for anyone to try. Whatever you find is yours to keep. Good luck!

• Eichelman Park – Next, we’ll drive separately to Eichelman Beach at Eichelman Park, just a mile away. This scenic lakeside park features walking trails, a playground, and a shaded picnic area. Enjoy more time metal detecting or relax by the calm beach protected by a small jetty.
