Our gin school is one of the few in the country where you can develop and distill your very own gin. From selecting botanicals to crafting your unique recipe, this hands-on experience offers a rare opportunity to learn the art of gin-making and take home a bottle of your custom creation.
Join our hands-on gin-making course and step into our micro lab, where you'll take charge of a nano still to craft and distill your own personalized bottle of gin. Throughout the experience, you'll enjoy a couple of refreshing gin and tonics while learning about our unique approach to gin production.
